Virtual Collaboration –
Today everyone is busy, busy, busy, especially watershed coordinators and volunteers. Trying to schedule meetings with folks over a wide area can be a bigger challenge than meeting grant requirements and report deadlines. A simple solution is to use a wiki or common web page where everyone can contribute or modify content. Click here for a simple explanation of how this works. Whether it be planning a field day, editing a newsletter, or a camping trip you are only limited by your imagination.
Another web tool that you might be interested in is dabbleboard. This is a virtual whiteboard where you can quickly create … well anything you can put on a white board, but with straighter lines and better boxes. This is also shareable via email or url. Take a moment to take the tour.

It is simple after composing to just copy and paste your text into your regular program and add the frills.
